Upstairs Bathroom & Kitchen: The switches for the water heaters are located on the electrical panel in the first-floor hall.
Downstairs Bathroom: The switch is located on the electrical panel in the downstairs hall.
Safety Tip: Avoid keeping the water heater on while taking a bath.
Air Conditioning
Operation: Use the remotes to control the air conditioners.
Settings:
Ensure the “Mode” is set to your desired function (Cooling or Heating).
Ideal sleeping temperature in “cool” mode: 26-27°C.
Bathing Instructions
Sand Rinse: Please rinse the sand off your feet at the faucet outside the house before entering the bathroom shower.
Toilet Use: Do not flush toilet paper; please use the bin provided to avoid plumbing issues.
Waste Management
Recycling: Since there is no recycling collection in the area, all waste is managed in a unified manner.
Waste Collection Points: Dispose of your waste at locations with green bins found at the entrance of the villages of Pteleos and Pigadi.

Safety Precautions
Lock Up: Please lock the house when you leave.
Please ensure the main gate of the estate is always closed to prevent animals from entering. Wild boars move around the area at night.
Unattended Devices: Do not leave electrical devices or fire unattended.
Fire Restrictions: It is prohibited by law to light fires for any purpose in the outdoors during the summer months in Greece.
Insect Prevention: Keep the fly screens closed to avoid mosquitoes and other insects
Allergy to insect stings
Precaution: If anyone in your group who will be staying at home has an allergy to insect stings, ensure that you stock up on essential medications, such as cortisone, from the pharmacy in Pteleos.
Advice for water sporting
While we do not offer water sports as part of our services, we strongly recommend using a life vest if you engage in them.
